Face to Face Interviews & after interview assessment

Phase 5: Candidate Endorsement & Client Interview
1. Interview is set as per the availability of both client and candidate
2. ACE facilitates and takes note of client input and feedback

Phase 6: Final Selection & Job Offer
Client selects the appropriate candidate and gives joining date

Talent Acquisition

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:
• Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
• Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
• Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
• Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
• Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
• Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
• Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.

Onboarding
• Creating policies and handbooks that detail company operations.
• Emailing new hires with details about the company, including parking information, work schedules, and dress codes.
• Welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits and an office tour.
• Introducing new hires to their team members.
• Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed.
• Detailing all new hires' initial tasks and answering any queries.
• Ensuring new hires have the necessary technical assistance to set up their hardware and software.
• Gathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
• Arranging product and company demos and presentations.
Onboarding Specialist Requirements:
• A bachelor's or associate's degree in human resources management or a related field.
• Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR role.
• Experience with HR standard software, such as IRIS and MS Office.
• Experience with ATS and resume databases.
• Good working knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation.
• The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
