Their responsibilities include verifying order accuracy and providing invoices, updating sales records, and preparing monthly sales reports. Service

• Receiving and processing purchase orders - processing orders via email or phone
• Issuing sales transaction invoices.
• Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices - verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Developing and compiling monthly sales reports.
• Expediting orders through internal liaison - liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
• Identifying new products to add to those on offer - stay up-to-date with new products and features
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
